Lately all of my Guild Wars 2 footage has been flagged and stuck 'under review'. Usually I have minimal problems because all of my videos are considered Fair Use under the Copyright Act 1968. Today I found out what has been causing this. ANet/NCSoft's stance on this has the potential to seriously damage the game and GW2 esports.
