In week #7 of a 10-week Bible-study series (on Facebook Live), author Joshua Joscelyn explores themes from his book, "Repentance From Sin: How Antinomianism Disarmed the Gospel & Not the Sinner." This week's Bible study concludes a 3-part syllogism or logical conclusion. If the gospel requires "repentance," and "repentance" for mankind in the Bible is defined as a turn from sin, then it logically follows that the gospel requires a turn from sin. Numerous passages are reviewed also attesting to this and Antinomian objections are dealt with. We summarize with a look at what differentiates true belief from false belief.
