Rinpoche began the teaching by speaking about when we recite Buddha’s name mantra that it purifies 80 thousand billion eons of negative karma. Rinpoche then spoke about consciousness, gross, subtle and extremely subtle and where it can be found in the body. Then Rinpoche spoke about death time, the signs. Rinpoche told the story of his dog that died and did not smell for 3 days and blood came from the nose after 3 days. Rinpoche also explained that he built a stupa at his house for the dog so it could create merit by going around.
