The Brewery at the Palace Bonifacio Global City Taguig.  The Brewery is one of the latest additions to the party establishments at the Palace opened in June 2015.   Spearheaded by beer aficionado and liquor wholesale distributor Raj Sadwhani and the group behind Draft Gastropubthe concept is simple to serve fresh beer that will change the beer industry in the Philippines.  With the expertise of Czech and German brewmasters they have come up with their own unique tasty draft beer selection for their guests.  What are the ingredients for beer?  A selection of malt, different classes of hops and a wide spectrum of yeasts from different areas across the globe.  The brewing process then starts with the mashing of the grains, hops and water to make the wort.  The beer wort is then boiled in a large tank known as the  brewing kettle.  Then by adding yeast it will then be fermented for 2 weeks before being conditioned matured and aged.  Once ready it will be served unpasteurized and unfiltered and dispensed directly from the holding tanks for your appreciation.   There are four types of beer served Wheat Beer, Pilsner, IPA and Stout.  Our favorites are the unfiltered wheat beer or Weissbier and the IPA.  While the Brewery may be more crowded at night, we had a wonderful relaxing brunch with the food menu created by Celebrity Chef Carlo Miguel, you can’t go wrong wit the steak and eggs.  :-)
