Porcelain skin is simple, unblemished, unflawed skin, irrespective of the color. Often to address someone looking beautiful, people say 'You looking like a doll!' By doll, they mean porcelain doll (china doll), which is made of bisque porcelain, and has either a stark white, or creamy white complexion. This skin tone is popularly seen in Asian women, especially Korean.
