Was $17895 - On Sale Now. Yes, only 19k miles on this extra clean 2010 Chevy HHR with a new car look , but a lot less money. User Reviews; 8.5 Overall rating - 8.4 Styling - 8.6 Performance - 8.0 Interior - 8.5 Quality - 8.6 Recommendation. The retro trend in new cars is waning, but the Chevrolet HHR keeps selling. And for good reason. It's compact, yet nicely sized for people and cargo, offers a pleasant ride and thrifty, 4-cylinder power and is priced for budget-conscious shoppers. Sold as a 5-passenger, 5-door wagon and a 2-passenger, 3-door panel wagon, the HHR is the newest of the retro cars it debuted in calendar 2005. It's also larger and more accommodating than some competitors. A recommended buy listing by Consumer Reports magazine in spring 2007 and across-the-board, five-out-of-five-stars ratings in federal government crash tests help make the HHR stand out, too. The upright seating helps provide surprisingly generous legroom of more than 40 inches in the front seats and nearly 40 inches for back-seat occupants. This is akin to what passengers get in some larger sport-utility vehicles. And the HHR offers an SUV-like 63.1 cubic feet of cargo space, maximum, when rear seats are removed. Rear seats also fold down flat, along with the seatback of the front passenger seat, for flexible cargo storage. The base, 2.2-liter powerplant delivers 149 horses and 152 lb-ft of torque at 4200 rpm, while the uplevel engine has a larger, 2.4-liter displacement and generates a more competitive 172 horses and 167 lb-ft of torque at 4500 rpm.
