Pork Loin, cut into thin (1/4 inch) strips, marinated in a great Asian inspired sauce featuring Hot banana 'chup and 7UP, then threaded onto wooden skewers and parked over indirect heat at 275-300F on the Webers. The original recipe called for a higher heat and shorter cooking time, but hey, this is pork loin... We went low n slow with this. A better, moister, more tender feast is the happy result!
