Newly appointed Security minister, General Elly Tumwiine has vowed to end bickering among security agencies in Uganda. Tumwine made the remarks shortly after the successful vetting by parliament today. The newly appointed inspector general of police Martin Okoth Ochola and his deputy Brig. Sabiiti Muzeyi were also vetted today, though they declined to speak to the media.
