Prashanth and Subhasri fall in love and decide to get married. But Subhasri's uncle, Nasser, who's a police officer opposes their marriage. Nevertheless, Subhasri is determined to wed her first love. To stop this from happening, Nasser hatches a plan and frames Prashanth of a crime that he didn't commit and is sent to jail. Just when Subhasri gives up hope, a lawyer, Lakshmi, emerges to fight her case. As it turns out, Lakshmi and Nasser used to be in relationship that turned sour and now their past hold the key to Prashanth and Subhasri's relationship. The movie shows how both these couples find their way to fix their problems.
