First of all Go to the start menu and click on the settings App. Now click on the Option "Privacy". As soon as you do that Privacy menu will open on the right side of the screen. Here under the General Tab you will the Option “Let Windows track app launches to improve Start and search results” which is by default turned on. Now All you need to need is Turn OFF this Option. Once done, Windows 10 won’t track app launch and you won’t see the most used apps section in the start menu.

To enable app launch tracking, follow the same process and turn on this Option.

Please note that this feature is available only on the Creators Update of Windows 10.
