RedChingChongayammerah - Led By Haikal x Madhu After 6 - 8 hours of focused learning under their style development coache(s), here's the performance that they put up together! *********************************** L4D (Love For Dance) is an Inter-tertiary and Secondary dance camp designed for students to experience Dance, foster relationships between dancers of various schools and be part of the larger dance fraternity in Singapore. This year, L4D Camp 2017, titled "Local Loco" aims to celebrate all things local. From the design of the experience, to the choice of songs and the coaches who are involved. We hope to highlight the goodness of our Singapore talents and cultures. The dancers started the camp by choosing their "Tikam Tikam" card which will determines their grouping and the dance styles that they will learn over 6 hours. Our group of local teaching faculty, are recognised dancers & coaches in the local dance scenes. Representing Waacking (Melissa Catlady & Amin Sirwaackalot), Locking (Jin Neo & Funkstyle KS), Popping (Scrach Marcs), House (Hanafi), Dancehall (Shauna & Hanisah), Soul Dance (Bryan Lee) and Contemporary (Aru). After 26 hours together, the dancers end off with a L4D Showcase to celebrate each other's effort and talents. Held from 28-30 December 2017, at Republic Polytechnic. The event involved more than 25 institutions, and more than 400 students. It was an interesting way to end the year with lots of love and participation from the dance community.
