Here is a small preview of the ptitsebs upcoming Mupen64Plus 2.0 port to the Pandora.
It supports multiple plugins (though in this video, only Glide64MK2 and notaz' audio plugin are being shown) and will also support different settings for different games.

This is WIP, so the things you can see might be improved until public release.
