Jason DeMent, a former police officer, called for the resignation of Haddon Township Commissioner Paul Dougherty on Tuesday after he was cited for leaving a car crash scene and driving without a license. Dougherty is one of three elected officials who administer the township and is an attorney and municipal prosecutor in several nearby towns.
