Deaths down, overdoses up in Harford County

According to the Harford County Sheriff's Office, fewer people are dying in the county from heroin and opioid overdoses as compared to last year, but there is still a lot of work to be done. While those overdose deaths are down, there have already been 371 overdoses this year, which is more than the same time last year. Despite this, there is evidence of progress.
