(9 Nov 2018) With hours to go to find an untold number of Georgia voters who cast provisional ballots in Tuesday's midterm elections, Democratic gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams' campaign headquarters was abuzz with activity. On Friday afternoon, dozens of staff were fielding calls from voters unsure of how to proceed, and scrambling to find voters with such ballots to make sure they get included in the state's tally. Campaign manager Lauren Groh-Ware continued to lay the blame squarely at the feet of former Secretary of State Brian Kemp, Abrams' Republican challenger who resigned a day earlier after claiming victory in the race.
