Last September I had a 3rd surgery on my right shoulder (first one was in 1994, second in 1999). This repair included anchoring my torn labrum to my shoulder socket, cutting my dislocated biceps tendon and anchoring it it my humerus, removal of a 7mm calcified floating object and the discovery of signifcant arthritis in my shoulder joint. Here is a short clip highlighting the arthritis.

I found this video today because I am scheduled for yet another shoulder surgery on Nov 30. This will be the first on the left side. This result of overuse and a mountain bike crash recently my rotator cuff is torn and my biceps tendon on this side is now dislocated. My acromion is also Type 2, which means due to over use and heavy lifting it's slanting down and forward.

The "fur" to the left is my torn labrum.
