A few clips from the Arnold Expo March 2017. I was lucky enough to be sent to the expo by my company Global Nutrition Australia. Some highlights; * Our Rule One and Rivalus booth. * Arnold coming to our booth. * Watching my girl Lyndall Vile compete. * Training at Dohertys Flinders St with my mate Jordan. * Last two clips are me training, one with my coach spotting 75kg squats. * Last clip, benching - I hate and suck at benching, baby steps!
