Monumenta Musica Neerlandica This Preludium from the Gresse manuscript, could be by Froberger, but it is not quite certain. it is perhaps somewhat too conservative though. I play this from an edition dating from 1961 (Vereniging voor Nederlandse Muziekgerschiedenis III), so it could be that nowadays there is more information available about this prelude at the time. The Gresse manuscript is a 17th century manuscript from the Dutch harpsichordist and musicologist Hans Brandt Buys. 3 pieces from this manuscript are by a certain J.B. Gresse, an otherwhise unknown composer.
