You know what they say – when life gives you lemons, make a freakin’ cocktail. For this edition of Tunes & ‘Tails we’re featuring our favourite citrus sipper, The Shelbyville. It’s a little sweet, a little sour, but all-round delicious. You shouldn’t need to commandeer Flander’s RV to whip this one up, seeing as you can pretty much buy lemons anywhere. But hey, we’re not your mum. Method 45ml Sweet Tea Moonshine 15ml Dry curaçao 15ml fresh lemon juice Capi Lemonade to taste Build all ingredients in a highball glass full of ice. Top with Capi Lemonade and garnish with an orange wedge. Enjoy responsibly.
