There are many people out there who expect everything in their life to always flow to them with ease. They expect to glide through each day without experiencing any obstacles and bumps in the road.  When things don’t happen the way that they envisioned, they automatically think they are moving in the wrong direction. Well, I will let you in on a little secret…that is absolutely not true!

On this episode of The Life Coach School Podcast, we are discussing the topic of “hard days,” why we think of them in such a way and how that affects us in the long run. Listen in to find out how you can never again have a “hard day” and become the best version of yourself in the process. There is no such thing as a hard day.

There is no such thing as a hard day UNTIL you add a mind to it.  

Let me explain.  A day is just a day.  It just happens.  A day is not good or bad until you decide it is going to be that way.  

We create the hard days with our mind.  The hard day isn't made hard by the day, it's made hard by your thoughts.

Most people use "I had a hard day" as an excuse, a reason not to show up, a reason to give up on your goals.  I will go ahead and eat some cake, drink some wine, binge on Netflix, etc.  

Don't let your story of your hard day stand in the way of you and your goals.

Look at your life and know that every day you get to decide how you want to define it, no matter what happens.
