This new tech is coming out of several colleges and they put this together showing us what they can do. As we know, that means that whatever the government has, they've had it for a lot longer. And it's obviously much more advanced than these college students' new tech. It won't be a surprised if most of these 'individuals' we see on the News are not real but just highly advanced computer graphic characters. They can make it look like (for example) Obama giving a speech on the News when he's not actually there. Or random people on the news speaking about what they witness during a 'violent scene' (false flag). __
