Recently, there has been a lot of media coverage surrounding the mental breakdown of rapper Kanye West. Although I do not know him personally, it did make me think about sharing my story of living with mental illness and the stigma that surrounds being African-American and living with a mental disorder. So, here's my story of living with an anxiety disorder and the challenges I face on a daily basis.
