Hi Eric Bakker coming back again to you guys on the Candida Crusher YouTube channel, thanks for tuning in. I've got a question from a subscriber here, a person called Lalu, a lady called Lalu and it looks like Lalu is quite terrified about her health, so I'm going to read out a couple of her questions. And then I'm going to reply to Lalu. Can you just tell me at 47 I'm not too late to take care of my health? I could not take care of my health in a toxic environment I've lived in all my life. I have little money so what do I do for testing? I would need to go to a regular hospital to ask for these tests. And the last one is ...

No, there's a few of them here. I'm terrified because I have been diagnosed with a fibroid. I eat red meat because I feel weak and I don't want to a anemic. I want it to go away. I've had unexplained anemia my whole life due to malnutrition as a child and into adulthood, so it rid me two times a week because I feel weak if I don't. After changing my diet I felt pain in my lower back and I'm not scared it's my kidney function.

Okay, so let's go back look at this. You're never too late in any age to clean and heal the body. It doesn't matter if you're 47 or 97 you can always work at improving your health regardless of your financial position, and where you live, and whatever you do. Some people have more advantage with more income, some people have less advantage with less income. I've seen many people live in third world countries that have outstanding health, and I've seen probably more people live in opulence and wealth in the Western world that are sick and toxic, and in very poor shape with millions of dollars in their bank account.

So, money doesn't always have to equate with good health. Money gives you choices and options to buy better things, and taste and things like that. But in many cases the people with the high incomes and lots of money are not necessarily any better of than people who haven't got that much money. Testing is good, stool testing is good but it's expensive. Regular hospitals are not going to do that for you at all. They're not interested, they're just going to do blood tests and a few basic tests designed to work around surgical procedures, or pharmaceutical drug intervention. So, you're probably better of really working on it yourself. Okay, what else have you got?

I'm terrified I've been diagnosed with a fibroid. Now, fibroids are usually from estrogen excess, so you're probably better of to go to a herbalist or a naturopath regarding the fibroid. Because there are ways to treat fibroids if they're small enough. Otherwise it can just get removed through an operation. It's not big procedure, but generally it comes from estrogen dominance, so you need to open your liver function. That's a good thing for you to eat more bitter foods, buy some Swedish bitters that's going to work quite well too for you.

Eating red meat once or twice a week is fine. I prefer red meat once a week, but twice a week is okay if it feels good for you. And you've covered ... After changing my diet I felt pain in my lower back I'm scared it's my kidney function. You can stop the red meat for a few weeks to see if the pain goes away. It could be of course from the red meat. Red meat can cause pain, and you could swap out to chicken for example. And if you still want to get the iron from the chicken, you eat the chicken that's got bone on it. Often the darker the red meat, that will be fine too.

The other thing is to do regular blood test. Check for iron and ferritin to see how much iron the body is storing. Also look at folic acid and B12 they're important things for you to look at. Now you poor thing, it sounds like you need to get a copy of my candida crusher book so you have to give me your email address. If you give me your email address I'll give you a copy of my book. So, just drop that in another message to me, okay and then I'll get you a copy of my book so you can read through that. Because I understand your financial situation perfectly well, because I've been there myself. So, hope that answers your questions Lalu. Thanks for putting them to the channel.
