You control the Kiko on the tube with the arrow keys, but the controls are wonky, so when you do that, you turn in the direction key you are pressing, so if you touch the left key, you'll spin left-down, if you hit the up key, you'll go up right, etc. Basically, the current will carry you forward.

-Floating things in the water are collectibles, which consist of a yellow Rubber duck, a piece of wood, a bottle with red stuff in it, and a leaf. I remember seeing a tire, but it's not listed as a collectible? Each one is worth 1-10 points, increasing by one point with each additional bonus you collect, up to 10 points. To me, they aren't really worth it since it's so hard to stear where you want, not worth running into an arrow/whirlpool/rocks for and you'll complete the level before you start getting bonuses anyway.
-The shiny yellow pearls are 3 bullets you can use to hit enemies that your Kiko's eyes are facing, by tapping Space key to throw them (don't hold space or you'll spam them, which wastes them). I didn't really use them though, to focused on dodging them.
-Striped Umbrella will give you shields which will shield you from two arrows apiece, so get them if you can spare it.
-Currents are speed boosts and help you escape arrows with ease, just make sure it's not into some rocks or whirlpool, since one will stop you in your tracks and it's a pain to get off rocks while enemies are shooting arrows at you en masse, and whirlpools will kill you.
-Checkpoints are the purple flags, and they should be your main goal, do whatever it takes to get into it while avoiding arrows and whirlpools. If you bump into the red tubes on it's sides, it'll get smaller and you'll miss going through it so make sure you'll go through the middle. These are worth 30 pts each entry!

-Rocks won't kill you, but will stop you in your tracks and make you a sitting duck for enemy arrows, so avoid if you can.
-Enemy Kikos will home in on you (face you) and shoot arrows which will pop your tube. You can knock the enemy Kikos out by facing your Kiko's eyes toward them and pressing space to throw a bullet to stop them from attacking you.
-Whirlpools will suck you down to a watery doom, so avoid at all costs.
