Bouwer Bosch was the lead singer for the first Afrikaans Christian heavy metal band, Straatligkinders. He has subsequently become a solo performer, TV presenter and clothing designer. BCUC sees themselves as modern freedom fighters that have to tell the story of Soweto’s past, present and future to the world. To do this the eight-piece use music as their battle axe.
