Pierre ledecq, attending the General Council, ITUC, comments on the unemployment crisis facing youth. He says that governments are talking about the crisis and promoting additional education and job training. Mr. Ledecq says this is good, but the real issue is a lack of jobs for the educated and trained and that today's youth can't do much to solve that side of the problem and government needs to take action.
