The Subconscious mind is very powerful but have the power to make it work for us and make it manifest positive thoughts. The Key to increasing your vibration and speeding up LOA is to stay in positive thoughts at all times. Anytime your mind wants to dwell on something negative such as a mindset of lack, or self doubt, you have to immediately make a conscious decision in that moment that you will not listen to such thoughts and your subconscious mind will record this behavior.

When I begin to use to law of attraction in my life it was hard for me to raise my vibration because no one never taught me how to use positive affirmations or how to activate my third eye(Pineal gland). Everything was so new to me but over time I begin to put these visualization techniques to work and my vibration frequency begin to rise higher and higher.

When you begin to raise your vibration you will notice a change in your MOOD because once upon a time you were more frustrated about life than happy about life. Just remember that when your subconscious mind try's to make you think something that doesn't align up with happiness, abundance, wealth, or success - its your subconscious mind. DO NOT make the decision to dwell on such thoughts. The more you make the conscious decision to be happy and excited for no reason the more you will instantly increase your vibration and speed up the law of attraction!
