Hi Guys Todays recipe is Fish Cutlets / Goan Fish Cutlets / Fish Cakes. This is a very good snack for Toddlers/Kids .Can be given in Tiffin Box also. Goan Fish Cutlets For Fish Flakes - I have taken 3/4 medium size Mackerels cooked them on a little water ,with a pinch of salt. After it Boils for 10 minutes allow it to cool and remove only the fish meat.You can use any tin fish like tuna fish in tin, insead of fresh fish flakes just drain the oil and use only the meat ,break the chunk with a fork and the rest of the recipe remains the same.
