Okay so before someone bites my head off the title is meant to be sarcastic. 

Do you guys ever notice how anytime there's a slow news cycle the media likes to write an article talking about millennials and how they are lazy, entitled, can't save money, live with their parents, and can't stop eating avocado toast? Yeah I agree that's getting a bit old.

Anyhow, I got an e-mail from a young man named Bryan who's 17 and a high school student but is already thinking about retirement and thinking that the FIRE lifestyle or financial independence retiring early is the right path for him.

He was asking for some advice and tips on what others wish they would have done differently back at his age.

I thought this was a great question and I thought it was really cool someone his age was already thinking about this stuff.
