BART shooting - Oscar Grant supporters not believing Johannes Mehserle's sympathetic testimony

On Frinday, Johannes Mehserle took the stand for the second and final day and in the morning under direct examination he became emotional when explaining how he accidentally shot and killed Oscar Grant when he meant to TASER him. Oscar Grant's mother was offended by Mehserle's emotional display and left the court rooms, and then a Grant supporter from Oakland yelled out, "Save your fucking tears" and he was taken into custody by Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies. Judge Robert Perry issued an early morning break to get back control of his courtroom. When testimony resumed, while under direct examination by Michael Rains, Mehserle again showed emotion when describing the scene on the platform after he shot Grant.
