CSGOG Fuhai Jingpin CRS ST Hovercraft 27MHz. Charity Shop Gold or Garbage. Previous experience tells me to expect the rechargeable battery will need replacement. This one is branded ST Fuhai Jingpin CRS and I searched YouTube for similar looking craft. If I search for Fuhai Jingpin CRS Hovercraft I get a single hulled version but I have no doubt the ones I found are the same item and it is just a branding issue and made by the same company in China and branded according to the retailer's choice.

I can see a virtually identical toy on Amazon under this description - Hugine Fast Speed RC Boat Radio Controlled Hovership Remote Control Hovercraft Boat Toy For Kids
I also found one with a Maplin branding but as Maplin is now closing I cannot access their original website to look for a listing.
