75 Planted Aquarium - New tank put together in a hurry. Old tank has crack on the bottom.

Had to get this tank. I was building this stand for the old one when i discovered this crack on the bottom beam of the tank. Now i just got another 75 Gallon and using the old filter to get it goings again.Ive been told that i can fix the old one but not sure to do this. Maybe ill turn it into a terrarium. I cant see myself getting rid of this old glass. not sure if i should ever try and put water after i empty it ever again.
