Metallica in Bilbao bbklive fest playing Disposable Heroes June 2007. Hammet, Hetfield and Ulrich fucked up this great song (I can't hear Trujillo, but I didn't hear anything strange from him when I was there though). Hetfield can't reach higher notes in about 00:24, 00:45, 00:49, 1:12, 1:17 (little squeak), 2:20, 2:25 (great squeak), 2:46 (great squeak again), 2:51 (ENORMOUS squeak), 3:00, 3:21. In minute 1 guitars take different tempos and it sounds like chaos. In 3:28 Hammet goes late on that lick. It really sounds terrible. In 3:33 they all get lost. In 4:15 Lars forgets to double his snare. Hammet plays as if he had only been playing guitar for 3 years. His solos REALLY SUCK. Damn, they're getting old. Still, it was a great set list. I really love this band, and it is -and it probably will be- my favourite. The concert was a really good one, and I enjoyed it a lot. But anyway, I think it's fun to know that monsters of rock like them have also trouble when playing some of their own songs. Btw, my recording really sucks too, but I don't make this for a living.
