[email protected] A temperature of 1F at 3 pm on the afternoon of Christmas Day, along with NW winds gusting to at least 18 mph made for a BITTERLY COLD Christmas Day here in Northeast Iowa near the town of Hazleton. Measured wind chills of -19F were recorded at the time this video file was taken. Lows are expected to be from -5F to -15F here in Northeast Iowa overnight with daytime highs the rest of the week of less than 15F. Next weekend, long range forecasts are saying the weather could be even COLDER!!
