Brandy and Mr. Whiskers – I gotta say, I forgot how much I truly loved this song, I legit forgot this cartoons existence for the longest time possible. It’s sweet, funny, and tells us the plot of the show from the get go, BONUS! 9. Megas XLR – wait, why is this song so low on the list? Damn, just goes to show you how awesome the other theme songs will be if this epic beast is number 9. I loved this theme song so much and sang it a lot in primary and probably also secondary school. It was so heavy metal, you could fist pump and head bang, I love it. 8. Kim Possible – ya, this song is so low cause it doesn’t age well. Already sick of hearing it but it just deserved a spot on this list because…it’s just a good song you guys. You gotta give it that. Nice vocals, sing-able music and danceable beats. 7. The Life and Times of Juniper Lee – almost left out this one. And it also doesn’t age too well but considering how obsessed I was with this song and show back in the day I just couldn’t leave it out. And thanks to this show I have re-found the one song that drove me more mental than the number one pick of this video. I’m just gonna leave it here at the end for a minute. 6. American Dragon – seriously, how are all these good songs so low!? Jake Long was the OG when it came to theme songs, never felt a moment where I wanted to skip over it. Granted I never had access to the show over a medium where I could just skip the intro like I now constantly do with Steven Universe. But you get my drift. The theme song was real good. 5. My Life as a Teenage Robot – only reason this song is so high up is because I literally forgot the show and song for I won’t be surprised if it was 3, 4 or 5 years now. Really sing-able lyrics considering the fact that I didn’t know the full words of it till a few weeks ago. 4. Lilo and Stitch – this theme song just hits you in the feels! How can you not get a sense of family pride listening to this!? Everytime they say Ohana I get happy. It’s so catchy and fun, I love it! I think as a kid I might’ve gotten tired of hearing the song, but now as an adult, listening to it makes me appreciate it and its message so much more now in a way that I never would’ve been able to before. 3. Danny Phantom – why is this song 3rd!? I am legit angry with myself. I vividly remember singing this song to someone in primary school…or was it the other way around. Or both!? Anyway. Theme songs that explains plot of show? Check. Catchy? Check! Hot main character that I had a crush on as a kid? *check-a-lac-a-din-dong* the number three crown goes to you Danny! 2. The Emperors New School – ahahaha, this is a party theme song! You gotta admit, Kuzco was an awesome show with an epic intro to boot. Funny thing is, is that the theme music is almost exactly a minute long. Yes you might get tired of the song, but c’mon, it’s Kuzco. Who gets tired of Kuzco!! Honorable Mentions Phineas and Ferb Samurai Jack Kick Buttowski Biker Mice from Mars** Quack Pack** Fairly odd parents Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends TMNT Fast Forward – wait wait wait, hold up. Number 4.5… I was literally mental for trying to put this in Honorable Mentions, this theme song deserved so much better. It’s more awesome then a lot of the songs on this list. The fuck was I thinking? And here we are, the top spot, the song that captured my heart and soul and to this day hasn’t let go. Can you guess what it is? This song…this theme song…it is the epitome of perfection in my eyes…and ears. 30 seconds long, bomb as awesome lyrics, killer beats, great vibe, great taste – AGGGHGAGG! You have no idea what this song does to me! It is great, it is everything…it’s our number one pick winner!
