Shaheen seems to be a very well rounded character overall with a lot of great tools. Only issues that I can find at the moment is that his tracking from standing isn't the best, but his homing moves are fantastic, and you can always dash and sidestep to realign your linear moves. His jab range isn't too great also. He does have a great 11f punisher in 4,1 and an also great 12f punisher in f+2, 3. Can't forget about that great hopkick and the 50/50 from full crouch with slide. Overall, Shaheen is a great character for newcomes to pick up and play.
