For a business to be eligible to support an International Graduate applicant for the Nova Scotia Nominee Program, it needs to have a permanent establishment in Nova Scotia, as defined by the Federal Income Tax Act. The business also needs to have been operating under current management in the province for at least two years. Public sector and non-for-profit organization employers can also be eligible.
