Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Elizabeth Warren, chairwoman of the congressional oversight committee for the U.S. Troubled Asset Relief Program, talks with Bloomberg's Betty Liu about the panel's monthly report on the U.S.'s $700 billion financial bailout.
