Our journey to the Anahi Mine in the jungles of Bolivia takes us by boat through the Pantanal Wetlands, which is teaming with piranhas. The toothy fish is a popular dish in the area and a couple members of my crew (including my daughter, Karina) sample some before our long trip to the mine.
