Awesome Photographer http://www.wikiphotoschool.com?ref=holding This is two different ways to hold your slr camera.... the first is for the smaller size, and the second is for your bigger cameras like the Canon 1D or the Nikon D3.. or any other slr with a vertical shutter/battery grip.
