We had such a fun time filming this and the version is my very own and please note the penny whistle! hahaha. Adds the perfect touch in my humblest of opinions. Thanks to the Studiovenue.com who filmed us.

I actually bought the album Swing When You Are Winning when I was around 15 by British recording artist Robbie Williams and he does a cool big band Frank Sinatra style cover of this on there and it inspired me to do my own. Thanks Robbie! you dishy devilish specimen of a man you. ;)

Fun FACT!

Richard Sherman said he and his brother aimed for a jazz sound, with a Dixieland-like melody. He added that "When we first got an idea for 'I Wan'na Be Like You,' we said an ape swings from a tree, and he's the king of apes. We'll make him 'the king of the swingers.' That's the idea, we'll make him a jazz man."
