Spring is almost here! We wanted to share our peach cobbler recipe. It is really simple and extra delicious! We are using the peaches that we canned last year... enjoy :) Ingredients: 2 quarts of peaches 1/2 stick of butter, melted 3/4 cup of sugar 1 cup self rising flour 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 tsp of vanilla extract 1 egg 1 cup whole milk Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 2. Drain your peaches and lay them in a sprayed 7x11 baking dish. 3. Mix the rest of your ingredients into a batter. 4. Pour on top of your peaches! 5. Bake in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Enjoy with ice cream! *You can always use a sugar substitute, add spices, or different fruit if you like! This recipe is very flexible. :) Thank you for watching. If you have any questions you can comment below or email us at [email protected] We are really excited for spring!
