The Bluewater Companies don't plan to aggressively market their new Edgewater tower, Bluewater 5440, until later on in 2008, but Mark Boyer of YoChicago.com learned a little bit about the 15-story condo high-rise during his visit to Bluewater's neighboring project, 5430 Sheridan.
