 A pair of divers couldn’t believe their luck when they came across a bizarre looking giant worm which measured in at around 8 foot long off the coast of New Zealand earlier this month. Of course, they weren't too sure what to make of the creature as it moved through the water.

so they whipped out their cameras and started taking pictures and videos of this creature. So this worm-like creature is in fact made up from hundreds of thousands of organisms called zoo-ids and together is known as a pyrosome. So a bit like a colony of ants, if the ants all joined together to become one giant ant that moved about by itself.
