I have closed the comment section of the saver videos. I'd like to focus on other projects. It was fun doing this video series, but now I mostly get comments asking for support or asking where to buy them. I don't sell them. Thanks for everyone who have watched these video series. The JIG (plexi glass cut-outs) holds the pcb. The JIG is 1.6mm-ish and OSH Park's PCBs are also 1.6mm. They match and when you apply the solder paste, the stencil will be pressed against the board forming a tight seal. What I was doing here was to use 0.6mm boards. I had one underneath to get 1.2mm, and therefor not good seal between stencil and board. In the follow-up video linked above I had three boards on top of each other (1.8mm-ish. That worked a treat for me.
