Joe Friendly urges legal strategy of focussing directly on demanding a hearing as to the constitutionality of the laws prohibiting possession of marijuana, arguing fundamental constitutionally protected human rights are at stake, like freedom of thought and liberty, wherefore the court should rule the burden shifted to the state for a hearing whether they can show a state interest so great as to compel the court to allow infringing on our precious rights.
