The "Hang Time" achievement requires you to keep the Nomad in the air for 35 seconds. When first playing the game, and seeing the achievement listed, I was utterly confused.  But as soon as I got to H-047c in the Remav system, I realized this was the place to do it.   You'll unlock this system when you are about 35%-40% done with the game, and it will be the site of Vetra's Loyalty mission, and a main priority mission.

Very low gravity allows the Nomad to float in the air for an extended period of time. This area is towards the edge of the map near the starting location. I don't have a screenshot of the map location, but you can narrow it down with the two points of interest you can see on my trip through the air. Those two orange domes should show up as Points of Interest on your map.  

Hit the jump off the highest cliff you can find fast, and alternate between "jumping" in the Nomad and "boosting" to stay in the air while traveling as far as you can down this stretch of the asteroid.  I hit the ground right at 35 seconds, after about 20 attempts at getting it. For some reason my achievement notification didn't show in the capture, but it stated that only .89% of gamers had unlocked it so far.  Good luck!
