Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer an excellent 1995 Porsche 911 Carrera 993.  The Porsche 911 has intrigued sports car enthusiasts for over 50 years now.  There are few cars that even non car enthusiasts can pick up from just a silhouette, but the 911 is one of them.  The car's essence since the 1960s until now has been that form follows function, and as a result, a beautiful shape emerged from the function.  The basic layout has remained unchanged since inception: rear engine, rear drive, and a horizontally opposed 6 cylinder engine.  Over the years engines have increased in size and power, all wheel drive versions have appeared, and countless upgrades have been made to technology.  Perhaps the largest change made to the 911 was switching to water cooling after a long history of air cooled engines.  This makes the 993 generation especially special as it was the penultimate air cooled 911.  Over recent years these cars have skyrocketed in value as the purists prefer the more traditional air cooled technology.  For sale we have a 1995 911 Carrera cabriolet.  This is a rear drive model with a 6 speed manual transmission.  The car is stock and unmodified and in superb cosmetic and mechanical condition.  This car is finished in black with a matching black canvas convertible top.  The interior features gray leather upholstery in wonderful condition.  This car has all the modern features you'd expect including power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, power convertible top, airbags, seatbelts, and keyless entry.
