Recipe:
5 cups Rice Chex cereal
3/4 cup white chocolate melting chocolate or chips
1/4 cup chocolate melting chocolate or chips
2 oz. cream cheese
1 - 1/2 tablespoons of milk
1 cup Red Velvet Cake mix
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Valentine's colored M&M's or other candies
Valentine's sprinkles
Put Rice Chex cereal in a large bowl.
Place cake mix and powdered sugar in a gallon size plastic bag or large bowl with lid.
Melt chocolates together in microwave on on the stove top.
Stir in cream cheese and milk.
Pour chocolate mixture over cereal.  Stir until well coated.
Dump cereal into bag. Close and shake until well coated.
Dump out cereal onto cookie sheet and let cool.  Add candies and sprinkles (you can leave out candies and sprinkles if you want)
Store in fridge.
