*originally recorded on 10-4-18* Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs. Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, and a US&S relay case. After seeing the train in Shop Springs, I chased it on over to this crossing to try and get a better video of it, flying along one-lane country roads with plenty of blind hills and turns and nowhere to pull off should I have encountered an oncoming car (on the bright side, there were some scenic views along this route) as I wanted to avoid the town of Alexandria, TN. Well, as you can see, I survived the whole ordeal and still managed to beat the train to this crossing, at which nothing has changed since I was last here, fortunately. This was also the last time I caught this train, as Gordonsville (where it terminates heading east) only has crossbuck crossings in it, and I missed it on the westbound trip as I headed on back to downtown Lebanon, and the train got tied down just south of the NERR's yard in Lebanon on its way back to Nashville.
